UN GOAL: GOAL 3: GOOD HEALTH AND WELLBEING
I noticed that one of the reasons Singaporeans do not want to have children is due to trauma and unhealthy mentalities. I wanted to explore the psychological reasoning behind this issue. I took interest in the reason behind this and found out about attachment style theory. After Realizing that attachment styles may be a potential influence for the declining birth rate in Singapore, I felt a strong need to choose this topic as it's important to embrace vulnerability and take initiative to improve themselves by managing their own attachment styles in a healthy manner so that later on they can establish healthy relationships and build families.
