Year 0
Design & Media
Design and media is a module I took in my foundation program which focuses on designing. In our module project, we were tasked with designing a t shirt design that focuses on real world issues. I decided to focus on LGBTQ Discrimination as my chosen topic. I consulted with my lecturer on multiple occasions to discuss about the poster design and ways I can improve it. There were many variations created for the 3 designs and ultimately I settled on the first poster as my final design.
Year 1
3D Fundamentals
In 3D Fundamentals, we were taught the basic principals of 3 Dimensional Art. A lot of our work in this module were hands-on as we worked on constructing models out of various materials. Each model focuses on a different surface plane ranging from rectilinear to planar to flat.
Interactive Media
In Interactive Media, we learn about UX & UI as well as designing webpages through the use of Adobe Illustrator. In our module project, we are tasked with redesigning and improving a selected website. I decided to focus on Penny juice as my website of focus. I start off with conducting research and journey mapping to get a sense of what I would like to improve in my redesign before proceeding to develop sketches for the essential pages to be redesigned. Once done, I worked on my low and high fidelity for the website.

Moving Illustration In Context
In Moving Illustration In Context module, it is split into 3 components focusing on Understanding Motion which focuses on animation techniques itself, Crafting of Skills which focus on drawing skills and Creating Content which focuses on story development. All 3 components are essential for an animation to take shape. In the final project, we are tasked with creating an animatic about a story of your choosing. I decided to base my story off of my internal struggles when coming to terms following a breakup with my ex-friend.

Moving Illustration For Social Change
Similar to Moving illustration in context, Moving Illustration for Social Change is split into 3 components focusing on Understanding Motion which focuses on animation techniques itself, Crafting of Skills which focus on drawing skills and Creating Content which focuses on story development. All 3 components are essential for an animation to take shape. In the final project, we are tasked with creating a campaign of our chosen social issue. The campaign is made of 4 narratives: The animation trailer, Publication type, transmedia and a website. I decided to focus on 'Managing Unhealthy Attachment Styles' relating to Declining Birth rate as my secondary focus as my social issue. The goal of my campaign is to spread awareness and educate young adults on managing unhealthy attachment styles so that they may build meaningful and fulfilling relationships among each other. My trigger for this project is based off my past experience dealing with a former friend who has avoidant attachment.

Design Brand Strategy
Design Brand strategy was a elective module I took to learn more about design based on brand identity. For this elective, we were tasked with designing several items for a Children's Book Festival event based on our own idea on a fitting theme for the host's brand identity. While designing for this project, I took into consideration multiple factors such as Target Audience's preferences research and event information.
Introduction To Furniture Design
Introduction To Furniture Design was a cross-disciplinary elective module I took to fulfill credits while delving into understanding the design of furniture and interior spaces. Although I don't specialize in furniture, I will admit I did have fun making and designing furniture meant for interior spaces. Taking this elective allowed me the opportunity to explore other artistic majors outside of my own.
